One downside of VPN…

One of the positive aspects of China’s great firewall is that it blocks bookface. With a VPN though you can wastebook your life away just like in England yet somehow Wastebook knows you are in China as these adverts targetted to me show…

On a couple of points, if I wanted to meet Brits so desperately I should probably have stayed in the UK as the place is full of them.

Also I do not need to click on the advert to find out why many expats are buying memory foam beds, I just need to lie on one of the ultra-hard chinese matteresses.

What to do when you read a “do not stir the animals” sign

Along with monkey poking feeding of animals is mandatory (despite the signs that say otherwise). On an educational front I did learn that pandas ignore bread that is thrown into their enclosure.

Good things about China : If you leave your passport in the toilets at baggage reclaim it still seems to be there 5 minutes later when you realise!
